How to make Mumbai free from Prostitution!

With a great burden I am writing this blog. Many of my friends know that whenever I visit Mumbai I used to visit the Red light areas along with Bro Vedanayagam (Living Water Mission) .This time First day We went to Grant Road along with A missionary and there was a tremendous response from the CSWs.Many of them came forward and we prayed for them also.A day after we planned to visit Jamuna Mansion and as per our schedule we reached there by 1.45PM.To my surprise I saw the place full of customers and CSWs. we went till 2nd floor without problem but they were all disturbed and asked us to leave the building. only very few wanted to hear the good news. With pain and grief we left the place. We have all the rights to go to the nearest Police Station and lodge a complaint but then the Police fellows are heavily bribed and It is not easy that way.
We all know that Dance Bars were closed in Mumbai during April 2005.This step was taken from the Govt to save the youth, But the same Govt ignores SEX sold in Mumbai openly. Nobody is bothered about someone dying of AIDS and thousands are taking the deadly virus to their Hometown.
The Scripture says that 'The wages of SIN is Death.'
As a Citizen of India or As a Child of God How you react?

Here are some questians I want you to reply so the post can be sent to the govt authorities. Please forward it and post it wherever you can.

1.Do you know any CSW who left the trade?
2.Ideas to bring them out of the trade?
3.Is there any legal way to stop the trade?
4.Do you want to see Mumbai free from prostitution?
5.Do you want any further details about the ministry that work with CSW?
6.Do you want to join us in this fight?
Do answer by way of comment

Elevated From the Pasture by Os Hillman

Elevated From the Pasture
TGIF Today God Is First Volume 1 by Os Hillman
Wednesday, December 17 2008

Now then, tell my servant David, "This is what the Lord Almighty says: I took you from the pasture and from following the flock to be ruler over My people Israel." - 2 Samuel 7:8

Have you ever heard someone say, "He is a self-made millionaire"? They are stating that this person accomplished everything through his own efforts. His achievements were a result of his hard work and street smarts.

David was nearing the end of his life. The prophet Nathan was responding to David's idea to build a temple where the Ark of the Covenant would stay. God reminded David of his roots and where He had brought him. God took David from the fields of pasturing sheep to pastoring a nation. God reminded David that He cut off all of David's enemies. (David never lost a battle.)

Have you ever felt tempted to look at your accomplishments with pride as if you were the reason for your success? Have you ever thought your prosperity was due to your ingenuity? Has your material success been a testimony to others that God is the ruler of all aspects of your life, even the material side?

Joseph's greatest test was not his temptation to be bitter against his brothers. It wasn't the sexual temptation that came inside Potiphar's house. It wasn't even the discouragement of years of imprisonment for being wrongfully accused. It was the temptation of prosperity and ownership. Once he was elevated, he was given choices that he never had before. It was totally up to him as to which choice he would make. Stewardship reveals what we believe about God and ourselves.

Not every man can carry a full cup. Sudden elevation frequently leads to pride and a fall. The most exacting test of all to survive is prosperity. -Oswald Chambers

Do you have a proper understanding of who you are? Do you understand that it is God who has given you the ability to work and achieve? He is the source of all good things. Ask God today if your life models this belief.

A Question of Ownership

A Question of Ownership
TGIF Today God Is First Volume 1 by Os Hillman

"Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it." - Matthew 10:39

Otto Koning was a missionary in New Guinea. He worked among a native tribe that had known only their village ways. One of those village ways was stealing from others. When Otto and his wife arrived and moved into a hut, the natives often came by to visit. The Konings would notice that after the natives left the missionaries' home, various household items had disappeared. They saw these items again when they went to preach in the natives' village.

The only fruit Otto could grow on the island was pineapples. Otto loved pineapples, and he took pride in the pineapples he was able to grow. However, whenever the pineapples began to ripen, the natives would steal them. Otto could never keep a ripe pineapple for himself. This was a frustration, and he became angry with the natives. All during the seven-year period in which this took place, Otto preached the gospel to these natives, but never had a conversion.

The more the natives stole, the angrier Otto became. Finally, one day Otto had a German Shepherd dog flown in from another missionary to protect his pineapple garden after other frustrated efforts failed. This only further alienated the natives from him.

Otto took a furlough to the United States and attended a conference on personal rights. At this conference, he discovered that he was frustrated over this situation because he had taken personal ownership of his pineapple garden. After much soul searching, he gave his garden to God. Soon the natives started having problems among their tribe. They discovered that Otto was the reason for their problems because he gave his garden to his God. The natives saw a correlation between what Otto had done and their own lives being affected by calamities in their village. When Otto gave his garden to God, he no longer got angry and was free from worry. The natives started bringing him fruit from the garden because they didn't want any more calamities to come into their village.

The light came on one day when a native said to Otto, "You must have become a Christian, Otto. You don't get angry anymore. We always wondered if we would ever meet a Christian." They had never associated Otto with the kind of person he was preaching about because his message did not line up with his life. Otto was broken in spirit when he realized he had been such a failure.

At the end of seven years, he witnessed his first conversion, and many began coming to Christ once he fully gave his garden to God. The fruit grew so abundant that Otto began exporting it and growing other types of fruit, such as bananas. His village became the most evangelized in the whole region, yet for seven years he had not one convert.

Otto realized something each of us must realize: To gain your life you must lose it, along with your possessions. It was only when he gave all his possessions to God that he became free from them. God measured back to him manifold once He had complete ownership.

Do you have some possessions that you need to give up to God today? Let God have all that you have. Become a steward, not an owner. You will be surprised at how well God can take care of His possessions.

How safe is my money with Mutual Funds

How safe is my money with Mutual Fund...
What I am going to share is what happened with a mutual fund company.I want you to be careful. Some time back my friend who is a pastor doing ministry among gypsies got a phone call and his known person asked for his account number in ICICI Bank saying some body wants to transfer 15 rs in his account. He thought that it will be 15000/- and gave his account number. Now daily the person called him and enquired him about the money credited in his account. One week later when he went to check in the ATM he was shocked to see that 15 lacks was credited in his account.
This pastor came to me that INR 15 lacks is credited into my account and that person is asking me to withdraw the money and give to me.Immediately I told him to ask for the source of money. When asked they said that they have some problem in their partnership firm and want this money to be credited in separate account.I was not convinced and when I saw the mini statement I came to know about the source as HDFC MF.When I asked him weather he has any account with HDFC MF He said no.
Now the doubt started coming to my mind that something is wrong. And immediately I asked him to come to the branch where he is having account. When we met the branch Manager he was surprised and asked us to give a letter stating this money is not ours. And he told us to come after 2 days for further action. But my friend now started getting threatenings from that fellows and scared to be here in Chennai so next morning we both flew to Mumbai as the money was credited from HDFC MF mumbai.Next day we reached the office and everybody refused to help as it was a critical case and some how we met the right person. They took us to a place which was restricted and no outsider can go.Then we handed over the cheque after deducting the expenses. While speaking to them what we heard was really horrifying.
Raja (name changed) had a account with HDFC MF and my friend's name is also Raja.So the employees of the organisation manipulated and gave a request of partial withdrawal of 15 lacks who had nearly 3 crores with them.Above all they took signature verification fro ICICI bank and I just don't know how the signature match. As culprits are working in the company I don't think the money is safe.
They also told us that they put their money in nationalised bank.
Pl assure yourself before investing in these areas.Pl pass this link to others and give the awareness.

Kashmir Door is opening from 19th oct

I started my journey from Chennai by 19th oct by Andaman Exp.The Train left Chennai Central by 6.00 A.M. took 57 hour to reach Jammu rail head. From there I had to wait for 6 hours for the Cab to reach Srinagar As handful of people were going to Srinagar.Started the journey by 10.00 P.M. on 22nd and reached the Jawaher tunnel by 4.00 A.M.and had to to wait for the opening of Tunnel at 8.00A.M.Reached Srinagar by 10.30A.M.Bro Raja (name Changed)came to pick me up.

After some time of rest we started for a prayer drive then we went for a bible study for a punjabi family in Srinagar. Then we came back to the house by 9.30 p.m.The climate was very chill and the mercury went upto 2 degee at the particular area.A spl electric blanket was provided for me apart from the thick Rajai.

Next day woke up and at around 10.00a.m. we started for Banihal a place 120 km away from Srinagar in Motor Cycle as public transport is time consuming and not regular. On the way we met a local Kashmiri person to whom gospel was shared and his father got healing after a prayer by Bro Raja.

We reached Banihal by 1.00 p.m.and met Bro Ameer(Name changed) and was amazed to hear his testimony how he got saved.Upto year 2000 he was involved in militancy and due to some criminal activities he fled away and went to Agra where a lady shared the gospel and led him to Jesus Christ.3 months back he returned to Kashmir and had surrendered to the police by the grace of God out of 2 cases one is cleared and the second in on the run.Pl pray..He has 4 children and as he became christian there is no support for him from the local people. His relatives wants him to send his Children to the local school where there faith wil be taught as he is not able to pay the fees which is just 12,000/- for 3 children I asked him to pray about it and the lord will make a way.If you are led by the spirit you can support him in this cause.I encouraged him to do the work of the lord as the best vocation. Then we went to one ex militant commander to whom he shared the gospel and he is reading the Bible. We went and the gospel was shared clearly.Praise the lord. Then we met one fruit seller whose spinal chord was broken and medically its not possible to be cured. We returned back to Srinagar by 7.00p.m.

Next day we started for Avanthipura where our dear brother has started a Tailoring class which is 38 km from Srinagar.Again there we went to a family and prayed then started for Anantnag to meet a christian doctor who is running a hospital and also doing the ministry in a wonderful way.It was Friday and people were standing in the road though it was a local bandh that day.

Situation is tense and people find it difficult to live due to continuous bandh.Night itself I started for Jammu.Morning I reached Jammu by 5.30a.m.and my train for Delhi was at 9.15a.m.I got a seat and reached Delhi by 8.00p.m. Next day I got a phone call that they have started sunday worship in the place called Banihal where we met that brother. The lord is wonderful and doing wonderous thing Pl continue to pray for the people of Kashmir to be saved.

Amarnath Prayer Walk 2008

This is the second time when I went to Amarnath a pilgrimage place in India for prayers.he cave is situated at an altitude of 3,888 m (12,760 ft),[2] about 141 km (88 mi) from Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. prior permission is needed from the Govt of India before making a pilgrimage.I took permission online through State bank of Jammu and Kashmir we got the approval for 10th july to enter by paying 15 rs as fees.
On 10th I reached Srinagar where Bro Sudhaker is doing ministry.Next day we started for Baltal as no public transport was not available we took the risk of going in Bike.We reached the Base camp around noon and then started to walk. The route was slippery due to rain.Any how praying all the way and sharing the love of Christ we reached the shrine place around 8.00P.M.We were totally wet inside though wearing Jerkin.Any how we got a Tent to stay.It was chill and raining outside.I had two blankets below me and 2 above.Tent was in the river bed.So noise of River flowing was there which We can not avoid.Next Morning we got up and went to the cave and returned.By 11 O'clock we started for Srinagar. While returning the The rain was heavy and the defence personal refused to allow us saying there is fear of land slide. But any how after one hour we were given permission to start our journey. The routes were full of mud and our shoes were turned into muddy colour. We reached the Base camp by 5 O'clock.Again the security personal said the last convey went 1/2 hour before. So we can send you without escort spend the night here and start early in the morning. But then a local police said walk upto the main road which is 4 km from here and I will wait with the bike there. He dressed in the uniform and left the Barrier and we slowly walked to that place.Though tired the LOrd gave us strength and The person was waiting for us we thanked him and reached Srinagar by 9.30P.M.

Indian Share Market

Today the bse sensex was down by 800 points at 10527.85.There is a panic in the market and fund managers are confused. The RBI has reduced the CRR rate by 100 bps to 7.5% effective from 11th oct 2008.The finance ministry says that this will pump in 60,000 cr into the market to bring liquidity.Even the insurance majors and mutual fund people are facing extreme pressures.Just think about the scenario what is happening. Now a days all the transaction are online so the chances of fraud is more.During new year it went to record high of 21000.It has lost 50% within 9 months.Just imagine about the individual person who has invested during that time.
Even now everybody is waiting for Monday.US economy is in bad shape.Banks and financial institutes have stopped giving loans to BPO employees.Credit card default is in rise.
My sincere advice don't depend upon this kind of market which is more of a gambling and less business.Avoid unnecessary expenses. If you give to the lord you can have the treasure in heaven and no liquidity problem can come near.
If you come across such incident please comment.

Need of Life Insurance

Now a days we get calls from somebody and sharing that you can make good money if you invest in Insurance for 3 years and get a handsome return.Let in share something about what insurance means and what is today's insuring business.
What is life insurance.
Life insurance or life assurance is a contract between the policy owner and the insurer, where the insurer agrees to pay a sum of money upon the occurrence of the insured individual's or individuals' death or other event, such as terminal illness or critical illness. In return, the policy owner agrees to pay a stipulated amount called a premium at regular intervals or in lump sums. There may be designs in some countries where bills and death expenses plus catering for after funeral expenses should be included in Policy Premium. In the United States, the predominant form simply specifies a lump sum to be paid on the insured's demise.

As with most insurance policies, life insurance is a contract between the insurer and the policy owner whereby a benefit is paid to the designated beneficiaries if an insured event occurs which is covered by the policy. To be a life policy the insured event must be based upon the lives of the people named in the policy.

Insured events that may be covered include:

* Serious illness

Life policies are legal contracts and the terms of the contract describe the limitations of the insured events. Specific exclusions are often written into the contract to limit the liability of the insurer; for example claims relating to suicide, fraud, war, riot and civil commotion.

Life-based contracts tend to fall into two major categories:

* Protection policies - designed to provide a benefit in the event of specified event, typically a lump sum payment. A common form of this design is term insurance.
* Investment policies - where the main objective is to facilitate the growth of capital by regular or single premiums. Common forms (in the US anyway) are whole life, universal life and variable life policies.

My Advice
There are lot of Insurance companies involved in Unit Linked Insurance. If you have invested in that way pl check your account status and do the needful by switching the mode where you get steady income. As many of us know that the share market is in bad shape all over the world.Switching is free pl take the guidance of your financial adviser.
It is always good to have a term insurance to take control of loss in the event of happening.
Just comment below if you have question or suggestion........

Christian songs sung by non Christians

Recently I saw a Christian Album sung by Non christian (Cine play back singer). The producer of the Album requested me to give some tips or any suggestion.I said to one of the well wisher of that Album that Instead of using Playback singers we can make use of Christian Artist. The reply which I got was shocking and it was like this.
1.It's not always the content but the voice should also be good.
2.In Tamil christian media Bro Arul Raj and Bro Allen Paul are singing but their quality is not good.
3.When we use non Christians we are making them praise the lord. Also one of singer has requested us a copy of album. This way we can take the gospel to them also.
I have not replied yet.
Lucifer was the angel of music
The primary supportive passage that can be found in the Bible with an allusion and reference to Lucifer, before his fall, as being the angel of music and/or containing instruments of music and sound within him is Ezekiel 28:11-19 (KJV).
There are two forces in the whole universe godly and ungodly
Godly who is from the God
Ungodly is from Satan
My question
can a Godly person praise the Satan. The answer is always no.
Now just think in the opposite. Is it possible for a ungodly person to praise the lord.
Pl add your valued comments and let's built the kingdom of God...

HOW TO COME OUT FROM DEBT

DEBT
What is debt?
(John Haggie, mentioned in one of his sermon
DEBT “ Doing Everything But Tithing”
To tell it simply DEBT is a curse and it is accepted throughout the society all over the world.
To tell you more about the curse .I want to quote something from the word of god.
The Bible says; in (Deu 28:15) But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee: As per this verse because of our sin and as we are away from the lord this is one the way which Satan targets.
(Deu 28:44) He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.
Because of temptations we fall into this trap.
What are the ways to fall into the DEBT?

THINGS, WHICH CAN BE CONTROLLED
1.Over expenditure.
2. Frequently going for shopping and eating outside unnecessarily.
3.Want to purchase what whatever I see.
4. Just want to show off.

CREDIT CARDS
1. Tempted by the salesman's presentation
e.g. cash back offers, interest free purchase

PERSONAL LOANS
Personal loan interests are abnormal.

HOME LOANS
Without having proper income going for home loans.

CAR HIRE PURCHASE
Above the capacity buying the car.

Others
For temporary relief availing high interest loans.
THINGS WHICH ARE OUT OF CONTROL
-->Sudden medical expenses.
-->Death of the earning member.
-->marriage or higher studies.

How to get rid of DEBT
As you are aware that DEBT is a curse. We should not die with the curse. (Gal 3:13) Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: Through Jesus only we can come out of the curse.

Remedial actions to be taken
Stop thinking loan is an alternate solution during financial crunch List out all the liabilities, and present the same to lord’s feet to rescue from the debts. Need to have a plan for paying debt off, Procrastination. Waiting for the perfect solution to come along will end up deeper in debt. Choose your approach, and start getting out of debt today ! You may rethink in doing frequent shopping “ window shopping” in major shopping malls, which are the causes for temptation, which will conceive within us to take a decision to get Surrender all personal credit cards. Make sure to have a Health Insurance & Term Insurance

REMEMBER MONEY SAVED IS MONEY EARNED.
TRY TO IMPROVE YOUR INCOME
!st oct 2008 update
As we all know that there is a financial crunch all over the world.People once speaking of Share market and Real Estate are just going in opposite direction. The share market index is not stable.Country like America Home loan defaulters are more now a days.Same can happen to our country also.Just before going for a loan think twice .You can live with out a home peacefully rather with pain for years by owning a house with DEBT.
Above all if you are a child of God who created the entire world there is no need to panic as he is your source and through the blood of Jesus you are saved and the heaven is waiting for you.

Hindi Christian books in India

Do you know that 65% and more people in India speak in Hindi. But the sad story is we don't have good Hindi books in stores.Pl suggest how to bring Hindi resources to the people in India. As per my analysis these are the problems publishers are facing.
1.As the printing volume is less the production cost is more.
2.There are less active buyers.
3.There is a practice of giving books for free. So no one is intrested to buy.Even we distribute books freely but only to the needy.
4.Because of these problems nobody is going for second edition.
5.Do you want be part of this end time revival plan to distribute more number of copies so the production cost will decrease.

A Shoe Salesman

A Shoe Salesman
TGIF Today God Is First Volume 1 by Os Hillman
Thursday, September 25 2008

"Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'" Matthew 19:26

Dwight L. Moody was a poorly educated, unordained, shoe salesman who felt God's call to preach the gospel. Early one morning he and some friends gathered in a hay field for a season of prayer, confession, and consecration. His friend Henry Varley said, "The world has yet to see what God can do with and for and through and in a man who is fully and wholly consecrated to Him." Moody was deeply moved by these words. He later went to a meeting where Charles Spurgeon was speaking. In that meeting Moody recalled the words spoken by his friend, "The world had yet to see!...with and for and through and in!...A man!" Varley meant any man! Varley didn't say he had to be educated, or brilliant, or anything else. Just a man! Well, by the Holy Spirit in him, he'd be one of those men. Then suddenly, in that high gallery, he saw something he'd never realized before. It was not Mr. Spurgeon, after all, who was doing that work; it was God. And if God could use Mr. Spurgeon, why should He not use the rest of us, and why should we not all just lay ourselves at the Master's feet and say to Him, "Send me! Use me!"

D.L. Moody was an ordinary man who sought to be fully and wholly committed to Christ. God did extraordinary things through this ordinary man. Moody became one of the great evangelists of modern times. He founded a Bible college, Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, which sends out men and women trained in service for God. Are you an ordinary man or woman in whom God wants to do extraordinary things? God desires that for every child of His. Ask God to do extraordinary things in your life. Begin today to trust Him to accomplish great things for His Kingdom through you.

A Queen in His Kingdom

A Queen in His Kingdom

I would like to share with you about three life-changing events. TheAccident - The first event happened when Iwas ten years old. Onemoment I was sleeping in the back seat of my parents' car with noworries in the world, and the next moment there were ambulances allaround, and doctors telling my parents I would never walk again. Before the accident, I was a normal ten-year-old girl. I could walkand run and jump and dance. But, after the accident I found myselfconfined to a wheelchair, unable to move or feel my legs. I spiraledinto depression. Everywhere I went, people stared at me and felt sorryfor me. I felt sorry for myself. At the age of ten, I felt like mylife was over. My dreams would never come true. I would be an invalidfor the rest of my life. ThePageant - Now, I am going to skip over the second life-changing eventfor a few moments and share with you about the third life-changingevent. The third event happened when I was in the twelfth grade. Iwas invited to participate in the Miss Teen of Washington Pageant (abeauty pageant for the state I live, it is like the qualifying pageantsfor Miss India or Miss Universe, but it is for teenagers). My firstreaction was that that there was no way I could enter thiscompetition. I had never heard of a girl in a wheelchair entering abeauty pageant, let alone seen a beauty queen in a wheelchair. But myparents encouraged me to pray and seek God's will. So we prayed andGod told me to enter the competition. God also told me that if He hasgiven me a talent, then I should use the talent, and when people say“job well done,” I should give Him the glory. God also told me tothank Him in all things, good or bad, because He is in control and canturn any situation around. Withthis guidance, I entered the competition. From the first moment, everything seemed to be going wrong. When I arrived at the venue forthe competition, which was almost 2 hours away from my home, Iremembered that I had forgotten some of my important paperwork athome. That evening I arrived at the competition around 6:00 PM andassumed they would provide dinner, but they did not. I went to bedhungry. That night, I could not sleep; I was too scared, nervous andexcited. The next morning, I was up and ready, way before the wake-upcall ever came, waiting for my breakfast. It was supposed to bedelivered to our room. But, as “luck” would have it, my room wasconveniently forgotten! Thecompetition began and it was time for the Interview, which was worth25% of the final score. In the interview, we went before a panel ofthree judges who could ask us any questions for five minutes. Theinterview started off okay as I shook the three judge's hands, and weexchanged greetings. We conversed for a bit, then one of the judgesasked me, "you are in a wheelchair, why are you here?" Upon hearingthis question, I began to cry. Not only was I nervous, hungry, andsleepy, but it was a difficult question for me. I did not know why Iwas there. There were about 30 girls in the competition and I was theonly one in a wheelchair. I was not like the other girls. Perhaps thejudge was subtly telling me that I did not belong. Still, the interview continued, and through my sobs and with tears rollingdown my cheeks, I continued to answer questions. Just as I stoppedcrying, time was called, and I had to leave. Iwent up to my room and phoned my mom. I had never thought that I wouldwin the competition. My goal had been to be in the top eight. Nowthat I had cried during the interview that was worth 25% of the finalscore, there was no chance that I would meet my goal. As I told Momwhat had happened, she simply reminded me that God had said to thankHim in all things even if they didn't appear to be "good." In obedience, a

weak, "Thank You Jesus," proceeded from my lips. Thenext day the final pageant began on stage. They began to announce thetop eight. Each time a name was announced, my heart fell. Even thoughI knew I would not be called as a finalist because I had cried duringmy interview, I still wished that I would. By the time the seventhfinalist was announced, I had pretty much given up. I looked around meand picked the prettiest girl, expecting that her name would be callednext. To my surprise, I heard my name. I began to praise the Lord. Thatnight continued like a dream. From the top eight, I made it to the topfour. I could feel God helping me every step of the way. He wastelling me what to say. He was guiding me on what to do. Soon it wastime to announce the runners-up and the new Miss Teen of Washington. They began with the Third and Second Runner-ups. I was sure that Iwould be one of them, but each time, a different name was announced. Finally, only another girl and I were left on stage. I looked at herand she was tall and thin and experienced with pageants. So, Iprepared myself to be second place. Thefirst Runner-up was announced, and when I didn't hear my name, I justburst into tears. Never in my wildest dreams had I ever thought that Iwould be the new Miss Teen of Washington and the first person in awheelchair to ever win a pageant against other able-bodied girls. Thisis not my victory a lone, but also my Heavenly Father’s. The firstquestion I asked the judges was, “How could I make it even to the topeight when I cried during the interview?” I was told that I hadreceived the highest score in the interview portion. The judges toldme that I was a teenager and they had asked a difficult question. Thefact that I hadn't just run out of the interview in tears, but hadstayed to answer every question showed strength and courage. Like theLord had said, "Thank Me in all things and I can turn any situationaround." He turned the hearts of the judges around. TheTransformation - Now, you may wonder how I went from being thisdepressed ten year old who felt like her life was over, to having thestrength and courage to try out for the Miss Teen of WashingtonPageant. The answer is the second life-changing event, when my familyand I came to know Jesus. Iam from a Jain family. We were a very religious family, especiallyafter the car accident. After the accident, people sent my parentsprayers from all over the world saying, "If you say this prayer thisnumber of times every day, your daughter will be healed." My mom waspraying from morning to night to all of the different gods andgoddesses, in hopes that I would be healed. But nothing happened. Momhad a constant headache. She was always tense; trying to ensure thatshe did not forget to repeat any of the prayers people had sent her. Myparents spent thousands of dollars giving offerings to religiousteachers who would say "If you give us this much money, we will performa ritual and your daughter will be healed on such-and-such date." But,the dates came and went and there was no miracle. There was onlytension, sorrow and discord in my family. Thenwe met a Christian man who began coming to our house to pray for myhealing. As he read to me from the Bible and began to tell me aboutJesus, I was confused. I had always thought that God was angry with meand that is why I was in this wheelchair. I believed I was beingpunished for my bad karma or sins. But this man was telling me Jesuswas not like that. Jesus came to forgive us for our sins, not topunish us for them. He told me that Jesus loves me. He loves me somuch that He died for me. I don't know when or how, but I started tobelieve in this Jesus, this God of love and forgiveness. Theman then introduced us to a Christian family that began inviting us tochurch. Without fail, they would invite us to attend church with themevery Sunday and Wednesday. My parents were not interested in going tochurch. However, they decided that the only way to stop the family'sconstant calls was to go to church and then to tell them, “We did notlike it, so we are not coming back again.” Onenight, my Mom, Dad and I went to church. My parents prayed a silentprayer in their hearts, "Jesus if you are real, show us somethingtoday, otherwise we are not coming back." I prayed, "Jesus, I know youare real, show my parents something tonight or else I know they willnever come back again." Afterthe service, we were invited to go to the front of the church forprayer. The ladies gathered around me and started to pray with me,telling me to say "I need you Jesus. I love you Jesus." But, as I wastrying to pray, all of the sudden, I found I couldn't speak. Soonsomeone said I was being filled with the Holy Spirit. My parents didnot know what this “Holy Spirit” was, but figured since it was "Holy,"it must be ok. A little while later, however, someone said this wasnot the Holy Spirit, but a bad spirit and they would have to cast itout. They said the whole church would fast and pray and to come backon Sunday and the spirit would be cast out. Webegan attending every church service. The people would pray for me,but nothing would happen. They were unable to cast out the badspirit. The fourth time we went to church, Mom was feeling frustratedand angry. She felt like we were stuck. Because there was this badspirit we had to come to this church, but the church members wereunable to do anything. That night Mom refused to go forward at the endof the service or pray as she was being told to. Up until that day Momhad never prayed to Jesus. Even in church she had just said her ownprayers. But that night, Mom does not know why, but she joined herhands together, knelt at her seat and said "Jesus I need you." As soonas she did this she felt a feeling that she describes as “meltedbutter” going from the top of her head to the soles of her feet. Itfelt like God's love was showering down upon her. She said it was thebest feeling she had ever felt. She said she would have done anythingfor this feeling never to end. But, the feeling ended about 30 minuteslater. Mom asked what had happened and was told that she had receiveda “touch” of the Holy Spirit. Now,curious about what this Holy Spirit was, Mom inquired further. She wastold that the Holy Spirit is a free gift from God that anyone who askswill receive. They told Mom that the Holy Spirit does not possessanyone, cause them to lose their consciousness or force anyone to dostrange things. Instead, they told Mom that when you receive the HolySpirit, He fills you heart with joy, peace and love. They said thatthe sign that you have been “filled” with the Holy Spirit is that Godbegins to pray through you in a language you do not understand. Momdid not fully understand what they were talking about, but said toherself, "If a touch of this Holy Spirit is so good, the entire thingmust be awesome. I want whatever it is." Aweek later on Monday, Mom sent us all off to school, telling us thatshe intended to pray until she was filled with the Holy Sprit. Shebegan to pray and soon she had said everything she could think ofsaying. She was sitting, waiting on God, with her mouth slightly open, when all of the sudden she began to speak in a language she didn'tunderstand. Immediately she was filled with such joy, that she dancedaround the house (and if you know my mom, she does not dance, that wasthe joy of the Lord in her). When we came home from school Mom waslaughing. We had not seen her this happy since the accident. Thatnight Mom prayed for my dad, placing her hand on his heart. Dad had avery bad heart condition. He could not walk one city block withoutstopping due to chest pain. The very next day Dad walked from hisoffice, 0.7 miles all uphill without stopping. Praise God! This wasthe first physical miracle we witnessed. Bythe end of the week, my eldest sister said she wanted to receive theHoly Spirit. She began to pray and two minutes later, she was filledwith the Holy Spirit and speaking in that other language. Seeing this,I did not want to be left behind. So, I started praying to receive theHoly Spirit also. But, as soon as I started to pray, again, I couldnot speak. We started to cast out the bad spirit as we had seen themdo in church. But nothing happened. We called the Christian man whohad first told us about Jesus and prayed with him for 2 hours over thephone. Still, nothing happened. Finally the man said, "I don't thinkthis is a bad spirit, I think this is the Holy Spirit. Say 'thank youJesus' and see what happens." Assoon as we thanked God for the Holy Spirit I started speaking in anunknown language. It had never been a bad spirit; it had been the HolySpirit all along. The people at that church had just failed toproperly recognize it. Now that we think back, we see how it was allin God's perfect plan. The first time we went to church, I was filledwith the Holy Spirit. However, it would have meant nothing to myparents. They would never have come back to church. But because theythought it was a bad spirit, they kept going back to church to have itcast out, and in the process Jesus worked in their hearts and showed usall who He is. Thenext day my other sister and my father were filled with the HolySpirit. My family has been following and serving Jesus ever since.Immediately, the joy, peace and happiness returned to my family thathad been missing for four years. We went from being a family thatnever smiled, to smiling so much that people often ask us, “Why are youso happy all the time?” Mylittle brother was only five years old at the time. For years hisfaith in Jesus was based solely on our faith in Jesus. But, thatchanged the summer after my brother turned thirteen. He was diagnosedwith a rare and fatal kidney disease. The doctors told my parents thatmy brother would be on dialysis by the end of the year and dead inthree years. Normal kidneys secrete 0-150mg of protein a day. Mybrother was leaking over 9000mg of protein in his urine. The doctorsgave us no hope. Our only hope was Jesus. And when you put your hopein Jesus, He does not let you down. Within one year, despite thedoctor’s predictions, my brother was completely healed. His proteinlevels went from 9000mg to 6mg. Today my brother is baptized in theHoly Spirit, loves God and is completely healed. The doctors areamazed at what they themselves admit is a miracle. ThePromise - Some people look at me and say, “But you are still in awheelchair. Jesus has not healed you. So, what is the big deal?”But, Jesus has promised me that He will heal me in His time. When Iwas fifteen years old, Jesus spoke to my mom and told her, “Millions ofpeople will know about Sungeeta before I heal her.” At the time wequestioned how millions of people could know about an ordinary girl. However, after I won the Miss Teen of Washington Pageant, my story wentin television and newspapers all over the world and millions of peopleknew about me. If the first part of what the Lord said has come true, the second part will come true as well. He will heal me. Right nowthe Lord has said that He will take us around the world to preach theGospel and as we lay hands on the sick they will recover. Then He willheal me. TheLord has been doing just that. Within months of coming to know Jesus,my family was lead by the Spirit to embark on our first mission’s tripto India. The Lord promised that His angels would go before us and Hewould give us the words to speak. He is true to His word. All we hadwas the simple faith that all things are possible in Jesus’ name and nomatter what, Jesus is stronger. As we laid our hands on the sick andoppressed, all we knew to do was to say, “In Jesus name.” Then wewould pray in the Holy Spirit language. The Lord did the rest. Peoplewould spontaneously begin repenting. Evil spirits began to flee. Thesick were healed. Many were filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Wecontinued these annual trips, seeing the Lord do amazing miracles bothin India and the US. In the early years, we mostly shared the love ofJesus with our friends and family. But, in the summer of 2002 the Lordspoke and told us that He now He was going to take us not only to ourfamily, but to the people of this world, to share His love. Afterthat, God opened the door for us to minister in churches, hospitals, slum, schools, businesses, conventions, street corners, marketplaces, and just about anywhere people will listen. We have seen people healedof all manner of diseases, financial difficulties, job issues, tension, addictions, and oppression, as we pray in the name of Jesus. TheFuture - On September 1, 2005, my mother and I were supposed to flyback from India to the US after a 5 week mission’s trip. Just a fewhours before our flight, my sister and I went to the market. Aten-year-old boy, Sakir, approached me and asked me to purchase thelotus flowers he was selling. I noticed that there was something wrongwith Sakir’s eyes. “Is there something wrong with your eyes?” I asked.

Sakirnodded, “Yes.” He told me that he had a congenital cataract in oneeye. As a result, he had been blind in his right eye since birth. Ifelt the Holy Spirit prompt me, and I blurted out, “If we pray for youreye, Jesus can heal it. Can we pray for you?” As soon as I said this,I felt a surge of panic run through my body. What was I saying? Whatwas I thinking? What if God didn’t do it? I tired to back-peddle,qualifying my statement. But the Holy Spirit stopped me. So, in faithI repeated, my voice shaking a bit, “If we pray for your eye, Jesus canheal it. Can we pray for you?” Sakirwas shy, and perhaps a little confused, but he agreed. Right in themiddle of the marketplace, I reached my hand out and placed it onSakir’s forehead. My sister and I began to pray. After saying a shortprayer, I asked Sakir if he felt any improvement. Honestly, I did notexpect that anything had happened. But, to my surprise, Sakirresponded and said he could see more clearly. I felt the faith withinme rise. With excitement, I asked Sakir if we could pray again. Thistime he immediately jumped on the offer. Weprayed a few times and the Lord restored vision to Sakir’s eye. Wordof the miracle spread through the marketplace like wildfire. Peoplebegan asking for prayer and the Lord began performing miracles. Acrowd of approximately thirty people formed around us. That night wesaw many vision problems healed as well as healings from a variety ofpains. Four people were even filled with the Holy Spirit, with theevidence of speaking in tongues. Withthis unexpected, “mini-revival” breaking out, how could we just flyback to the US? God had greater plans. I begged my Dad to change myMom’s and my flight back to the US. Startingthe next day, random people began coming to our home in India forprayer. Over the next ten days, everyday, twenty to thirty people cameover for prayer. Many were healed and filled with the Holy Spirit. Wesaw the Lord heal asthma, arthritis, hernias, slipped discs, sinusproblems, eyesight problems, and hearing problems. The last day a ladywho did not have an eardrum started to hear. Some of the people evenhad their healings medically verified. Duringthe ten days that we stayed over in India after the miracle in themarketplace, God began to work in our hearts. At first, we tried todeny it, but we knew that the Lord was calling Mom and me back toIndia. He was calling us back to the people, who in less than afortnight had made their way into our hearts. Weleft India on September 11. I returned to work (as a lawyer) in the USon September 13. On September 16, I gave notice at my job (I was afifth year associate at a large Seattle-based law firm). In the flesh,it was not easy to do. I was turning my back on all that I had workedfor…all that I knew…trading it in for the unknown. But, in the SpiritI knew I had no other choice. On November 11, Mom and I moved back

to India to start The Orphanage Project and to work as God leads us. TheChallenge - Jesus has completely changed our lives and He can changeyour life too…if you give Him a chance. As soon as we came to knowJesus and were filled with the Holy Spirit, instantly, the joy andhappiness returned to my family. God, who had once seemed so far away,is now right here with us. When we pray we no longer wondered if Godhears our prayers, but we know that He not only hears our prayers, butHe answers them as well. When we cry we no longer wonder if God seesour tears, but know that He not only sees our tears, but wipes themaway. When we are happy we no longer wonder if God sees our happiness, but know that He not only sees our happiness, but celebrates with us.God is real to us. Believingin Jesus does not mean changing your culture or your heritage. I amstill very much Indian. I am a strict vegetarian. I wear ethnicclothing. I speak Hindi. I observe cultural traditions. Believing inJesus simply requires a change of heart and a new relationship with ourCreator. Ido not expect you to believe in Jesus because of what you have justread. I did not believe in Jesus because of anything anyone told me.I asked Him to show me if He was real. He did. In the same way, ifyou ask Him, with an open heart and mind, to show you His reality, Hewill. Close your eyes and ask Him now. You have nothing to lose, buteverything to gain. Just pray, “Jesus, I need You. I want to knowYou. Show me Your reality.” *** Ifyou have any questions, concerns, or need prayer, please feel free tocontact us either via email at sungeetajain@hotmail.com. Prayer iscompletely free of charge, with no strings attached. Barrenness

What do we mean by barrenness?
the state (usually of a woman) of having no children or being unable to have children.
Thsre are two types of barrenness
1.First one is physical the meaning is mentioned above.
2.Second is spiritual barrenness
We going to see both the aspects .
1.Physical Barrenness
As we saw before this one is connected with mainly female who can not give birth.
There are so many reasons for this .I am not going to tell you how and why but now a days people try hard to have a child and they are ready to go to any extant .I have seen people sending whole amount of money and saying the lord has given me how the glory can go to the lord when the doctor has done all things and we don't know what they are doing?
So to dear parents with these kind their dependency upon the lord is decreased and now they say through science anything is possible.Ok whatever leave the above matter I just want to concentrate upon the second aspect.
2.Spiritual Aspect
This is for the so called believers who are enjoying their Christian life without bothering to tell about the love of Christ to others. In (Mat 28:19) The Bible says Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,The Bible clearly says to make disciple and for this my simple translation is Give Birth .For this we are not bothered for physical barrenness we are ashamed what our friends will say or who will inherit my property.Remember the whole universe is created by the lord and we have given the authority to use.But if you die and stand before the lord and the lord questions you (I Died for you how many souls you have added to my kingdom) Where you can not say lord give me one more chance as it is impossible to come to this place again after death. Are we going to any doctor for this kind of barrenness The answer of many will be NO.But I urge you to at least share the gospel to others cos the bible says the salvation is from the lord.Eph 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, Please look into the matter very seriously and whatever you do for the lord will be accounted.
God Bless you

TESTIMONY (Jivi Jebaraj)

Here is my testimony how i got saved and doing the work of the lord.............

Though born to a Christian family I never thought that I will be doing the work of the lord..............

I was born in a small room in a village called Nazareth in Tamilnadu (India). As everyone was praying and I was born so they gave me the name Jebaraj .My mother dedicated me for the lord's ministry because every first born in family died. After my birth it stopped.

When I was small 1 and 1/2 years old. I fell down from a small stool and started getting fits. The doctors said that I have to take drugs for life long then 2 men of God came and prayed for me and I got delievered of Fits . Praise God The Devil thought to take my life but the redeemer saved me.

So my father who was working in SAIL Bhilai took all of us to Bhilai. When we were in Bhilai we had a peaceful life and the life was smooth every need was met and we were living happily.

My father's younger brother was living with us and used to keep coins like a tower so i used to steal some out of that and buy picture cards and one day when I was stealing my father caught me red handed and i got beatings with a belt.

When I was in my 11th std I used to roam around with friends and I failed in the college 1st year.So my parents packed me to Chennai and put me in a polytechnic.I passed the Diploma course with 1 st class marks in 1990.

Now my desire to earn money and be a respectable person in the society so I started a Business in 1991 in a place called Avadi in Chennai.I had no relationship with the lord as my intention was worldly fame.My business was flourishing and I got a name of young successful business in my place.

The business was in peak after 1995 started to fall and now i had to maintain my status in the society so i was not able to maintain my dignity in the market so I started taking loans with high interest to sustain in the market but there was failure in all the things which I did.During 1997 my business came to stand still and my so called friends advised to fly from the place as the debts were too high.

I had one commercial vehicle (LCV) Swaraj Mazda and I started to roam around the country as a driver and my only intention was to finish myself so i used to drive at high speed.I was trying to die but this death was not coming as the lord was closely watching me many a times the distance between me and the death was fraction of second I can remember that once when I was driving I slept and the vehicle went down in the slope and came up automatically to the road now i can see the verse in Ps 91 fulfill in my life.

During 1998 december when I was coming from Nagpur from Bangalore The truck broke down on the way so I had to stay on the highway. While I was lying there in the vehicle A thought came into my mind and i said If my problems are over i can try to live a faithful life to Jesus Christ.

I can share many incidents from which the lord saved me then my last trip I started from Chennai to Banglore on 4th jan 1999 and reached there next morning after unloading I went to my sister's place .After taking bath I started to watch television from 11.00 a.m. to midnight 2.00 a.m. then my sister came it's too late why not you sleep as last night also you had no sleep.I had no proper sleep for years together.I just laid down then I heard somebody knocking the door I said I am a stranger here let her open the door and I was in the same position then I heard a bible verse Rev 3:20.Then I heard these things comes to you from
'the son of the lord'.It was so powerful that I surrendered my life and said Lord please forgive me and I felt a heavy weight moving out from my head and I felt so light and peaceful after sometime I slept like a child.

Next day when I woke up My sister asked me why you are so happy and cheerful then I shared all the things which happened and came back to Chennai next day.

My mother was the happiest person to se the change in my life as she got the answer to her prayers of many years. My dear brother and Sisters R U tired of praying for the salvation of your loved ones here is a good news keep praying until you get the answer.NEVER GIVE UP.

Everything is alright but the DEBT was there as it is.First thing I got was the hope of tomorrow .
I started reading the Bible and pray and the closed shop was reopened in feb 1999.There was no stock but I used to pray and share the love of Christ to others.

Miraculously the lord started to close all the DEBTS and to glorify his name.Praise the lord.

Now my business started flourishing again and the new business of cellular phones which I started with mere Rs 2000/-.Twice I went abroad by achieving targets.........
The lord was just pressurizing me to spend more time in prayers and his work but the business pressure was more.On Nov 1 2005 there was a fasting prayer organized by Bro John Joseph the lord lord was speaking clearly to me and that I completely surrendered for his heavenly call to do his ministry.

Nepal Trip Jan 2008

During Nepal Ministry

We started the journey to hills from Lother 40 km away from Narayangad.
Bro Sunder Singh accompanied me along with Local pastors Surya Bahadur Chepang and Ruben Chepang. For translation sis Manju was with us and sis Beena for singing. We started by 11.30 A.M. and walked in river and rough routes and reached the holl base by 5.50 P.M.With the help of torch we started to walk in the hilly area it was so steep that after 10 steps I was not able to go further but by the grace of god we reached the place by 8.15p.m.I was totally exasted but after dinner we had a prayer session and the lord renewed our strength. We spent the night in a hut where there was a small window without shutter and chill air was flowing but the lord gave strength to resist the cold.

Got up in the morning and had a breakfast of white honey. Then by 9.00 A.M. we went to the tribal church.further up and top of that mountain. We had a wonderful time of worship they were so happy cos we are the first outsider to reach that place.

After the worship we started walking to the next mountain at 1.15 P.M. and reached there by 6.15 P.M.

You can find believers coming to worship from various parts of mountains. Bro Sunder Singh is standing 2nd from right.

We were the first outsider to reach that place.
Praise God.............
