Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy (Psalm 107:2).

Bible says, God has created us in His image and in His likeness (Genesis 1:27). He has created man after a long discussion with His angels when He said, “let us make man”, as He thought so, God has made man. After a quite peaceful time in the hands of God, the enemy entered into the world and caused the woman first to disobey God and through that woman it has caused the man get corrupted. So the creation of God has corrupted and became the desires of corruption. When God created man, He didn’t take the patent rights on His own creation. Hence God had to pay the price to buy His own creation.

Psalmist says that we should put our hope in the LORD, for he is with unfailing love for us and with him is full redemption (Psalm 130:7). With this full redemption, God has bought us again by a great price. From whom Jesus has redeemed us? From the hands of the devil Jesus has redeemed us. We know what we are when we are in the hands of the enemy, once when we are out of his hands; we never want to be there again. If we really know the price that Jesus paid for us to redeem us from the hands of the devil, we never see back to be in its hands again. For the price Jesus paid is his own blood, In Jesus, the Son of God we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7).

We have an assurance of God, that once we are in the hands of God means we are engraved in the palms of His hand (Isaiah 49:16), Jesus saying that when we are in his hands no one can pluck from his hands (John 10:28). It was the greatest transfer of our life from the hands of the devil into the hands of the God where we can feel great security. Let us all sing praises to God, if we truly believe that we are redeemed from the hands of the enemy.
