Had they lived by defeating their depression, they could enjoy the beauty of the world and get a lot of love from those who loved them. Ruth E. Renkel once said:
Never fear shadows They simply mean there’s a light shining somewhere nearby.
What Led them to take their own lives?
When we carefully draft the reasons behind every person’s life... it’s quite simple to find the cause for it.
Each one of them in their own fields had reached the Pinnacle of Success (Fame, Money and Happiness).. but only in reaching the Pinnacle’s top they realized the Emptiness of Human heart.
The Joy and the Peace they longed for stayed only for few moments/seasons. When days went on and when things turned around they were incapable of handling the depression the situations brought in.
They laboured hard to find the reason for the reality of life and the very reason of it.
And when they couldn’t find its meaning in their own ways... they decided to call it ‘QUIT’.
Depression (A combination of self-pity and guilt) is not a disease of the modern world. It’s a world old and renowned disease that was formed in the Garden of Aden when Adam and Eve fell.
Since then; the army of Satan is using it effectively to defeat people’s hopes and dreams.
Brethren... As long as we have our hope on us or in the world.... We will end up a depressed and devastated......
But as long as our hope is in the Lord... We will continue to fight the battles through His strength and make it in His grace....
When you feel depressed, forsaken or undone... Run to the Rock... the Lord Jesus Christ
‘Not by Might...Not by Power..But by My Spirit..Says the Lord’..
